Fresh Flower Farm

My name is Charleen and I have always loved flowers. I remember my grandmother had very small yard but always had beautiful flowers growing and I loved spending time in her garden. I always dreamed of having a flower garden and in 2017 I moved to a home on 1.3 acres in the woods. The previous owners had left everything! The husband had passed away and not long after the wife moved into town. She kept the property but did not live there for the next ten years. The property has 2 small homes, a shop, a barn and a second smaller barn. all the buildings were packed full of stuff. It took me a long time to clean out everything. Once that was done I began to plan my garden. I taught myself through books and Pinterest mostly. I had some success and lots of fails. Each year I add to my garden and learned more. 2024 I took a flower farming course through Floret Farm and I am preparing to open a small flower farm on my property this spring called Charleen’s Garden!
